The Brew Crew are back in the playoffs for the second consecutive year. Something that hasn’t happened since ‘80 and ‘81. Hell, the Brewers have only made the playoffs 6 times in franchise history. But that don’t matter now, because we’re comin’ for it again.

There’s something about September for this Brewers club; WE JUST CAN’T LOSE. I’ve watched every single game on this 19-4 streak throughout September and I couldn’t be more surprised. Our starting pitching has been something else, even if we’ve been throwing some straight bums out of the bullpen. The Brewers have the lowest era in Major League Baseball since the start of September and I don’t see that slowing down any time soon. We lost the 2-TIME MVP Christian Yelich on September 10th and the dugout doesn’t even seem to care. Since then, the crew has gone 12-2, a run that has featured 2 Brauny Grand Slams; one seemingly more important than the other.

This run reminds me a lot of the Pennant chase last year when we eventually caught the cubs after falling 5 games back in the division. We sent the cubs packing in game 163 and just about did the same thing to the Dodgers in game 7 of the NLCS. Now it’s time to see what this year’s crew has in store for us and the state of Wisconsin.

For now, it’s another game in Cincy and then the crew heads west for the Rockies. The Crew is just 1.5 games back in the NL Central, and very well could force another game 163 in St. Louis if we’re lucky. Break out the champagne boys, it’s time to celly.
